SESSION BENEFITS AND EXPECTATIONS
The Detox and Recovery Room is biohacking made easy. You will need to monitor your time on each machine to maximize your allotted time in the room. There are step-by-step guidelines posted near each station to remind you of the recommended times and steps necessary to optimize your therapy.
Each session provides access to these therapies for no more than one 50-minute session per day (45 minutes for equipment and 5 minutes to change clothes) during business hours. Business hours are as follows: Monday 9 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 to 5pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, and Friday 8am to 12pm. Holidays observed will be unavailable on the scheduling calendar. We will communicate any scheduling changes as quickly as possible in the event of an emergency closure.
You will receive an email containing your entry code and the links needed to schedule and access your sessions after your payment confirmation.
Please be courteous to the guests coming into the room behind you by picking up after yourself. There will be towels and sanitizing wipes available for your use. You’ll be provided with one set of spa slippers to use, take home, and bring to sessions as you please. You are welcome to wipe down any of the equipment before use and please place your used towels in the laundry hamper. We ask that you use no more than two towels per 50-minute session.
You are welcome to use one or all of the stations during your scheduled session. Remember to make note of the posted recommendations and guidelines. You may notice benefits from one therapy more quickly than others, and this does not mean it is not working for you. Benefits noted for each therapy may include:

Some benefits may require several weeks of consistent treatment.
Whole Body Vibration Therapy may aid weight loss, burn fat, improve flexibility, enhance blood flow, reduce muscle soreness after exercise, build strength, and decrease the stress hormone cortisol. It has shown marked improvement in circulation, bone density, and lymphatic flow and drainage, and may also combat cellulite.
