
Sandra Caldwell, PA-C
Sandra Caldwell is a Certified Physician Assistant with a strong clinical background and a passion for whole-person, patient-centered care. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in 2001 and brings years of experience across multiple specialties.
Her clinical experience includes orthopedics as well as work in an ENT, allergy, and snoring clinic, giving her a well-rounded understanding of musculoskeletal health, respiratory conditions, and chronic sinus and allergy-related concerns. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Sandra worked in the biotechnology field, focusing on cancer and gene therapy research—an experience that continues to inform her approach to complex and chronic conditions.
Sandra is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association.
She has advanced training in functional and integrative medicine, with a focus on identifying root causes and supporting long-term health. Her areas of interest include bioidentical hormone therapy, chronic infections, and allergy and sinus conditions. She is also certified in RGCC lab testing and therapies for cancer and chronic infections, allowing her to support patients with more complex and chronic health concerns.
Sandra is dedicated to helping patients feel their best by creating personalized care plans that address both symptoms and underlying imbalances.
Outside of the clinic, Sandra enjoys rescuing and caring for animals, reflecting her compassionate nature both in and out of her work.
