Chef Lyle’s Basic Vinaigrette
- 1/3 – ½ cup olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove fresh garlic or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (or more-adjust to your liking)
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more-adjust to your liking)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper (or more-adjust to your liking)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (or more-adjust to your liking)
